COACHING

Why coaching?

 

I am drawn to people with a strong commitment.

I identify strongly with a driven young woman with a 200% workload to make her feel that she is good enough or can deliver what is expected.

I recognise the behaviour of a young man who strives for a career and influence, but perhaps internally questions his goals and choices.

I feel for a frustrated manager who is struggling with concerns about his employees, budget and responsibilities.

To be able to witness that change from unconsciousness to being in ones full capacity, is WHY!
